I thought we all agreed that men are scum.

I mean, that’s what the women said, right?

“Men are trash!” and “Marriage is slavery!” Yet every weekend, I hear wedding bells louder than church speakers on a Saturday and Sunday morning.

Weren’t we all supposed to be feminists who swore off men forever?

I thought y’all said getting married to a man is doing him a favor.

So why are y’all suddenly renting wedding gowns, marching down the aisle with smiles so wide like a burden has been lifted?

You said men are scum, marriage isn’t an achievement, and love is a trap. But deep down, you’re still whispering that midnight prayer: dear lord Jesus, I need a man in my life. Why is my own different, all my mates are all married lord why me🙏?

The internet f**king deceived many of us

Trust me, I almost fell for it.

I thought some of these women meant what they preached: “Men are hell no options.” I thought they were warriors of the no-marriage movement, I thought they practiced what they preached too.

But nope. Behind the hashtags and quotes, many were out there getting married on weekends, getting engaged every now and then and accepting proposals on daily basis.

So who deceiving who? Most of the women saying men are scum are the ones getting married most. So why the hashtag and the stereotype 'Men are scum'? 

Is it to discourage other women or is it just a way of expressing your feelings of been  cheated on?

Please ladies,why do you always say 'Men are scum or dogs'? 

Men love peace, respect, submission, gifts and care. So without these understandings about men, the relationships and the marriages will never find peace
